Nestled within the exclusive community of Atami, a private community boasting 24/7 security and a beach restaurant your stay promises both serenity and security. The beach is only 20 meters away from the property.

- Additional Tips: - Please consider our house rules (you can find them at the end of the listing in the "House Rules" section). - We recommend bringing mosquito repellent, especially during the rainy season. - This property is located in a tropical area, which may occasionally experience power outages and water shortages. While we strive to address any issues promptly, it’s important for guests to understand that occasional outages may occur beyond our control. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. It’s also important to note that we are surrounded by nature, and from May to October, there is a bloom in local wildlife due to the rainy season (especially insects). For this reason, we strongly suggest keeping doors and windows closed to avoid any critters from entering the house. - Access to the Beach: Its only 20 meters away.

El Tunco: Famous for its surf scene and lively atmosphere, El Tunco is about a 30-minute drive away, making it an ideal spot for a day trip to enjoy the beach, cafes, and nightlife. El Zonte: Another stunning beach town known for its relaxed vibe and surf spots, El Zonte is around 25 minutes by car. International Airport (Monseñor Óscar Arnulfo Romero International Airport): Only a 45-minute drive from the property, making it incredibly convenient for arrivals and departures.
